The Certified People Champion (CPC) program is designed to equip participants with the essential skills to lead, influence, and develop people within an organization. In today’s business environment, success depends not only on technical expertise but also on the ability to understand, motivate, and manage people effectively. This program focuses on enhancing emotional intelligence, communication, negotiation, leadership, and coaching skills to create a people-centric work environment.
Participants will learn how to read and understand people, communicate effectively, and influence others positively. The course also covers situational leadership, emotional intelligence, and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) to help participants unlock human potential and drive team performance. Upon completion, participants will have the ability to build trust, motivate individuals, and create a high-performance work culture.
